Interview
Starts with a call with the recruiter, next step is building a paper crane over the phone with someone, you then come in for an in person interview with several different people. You have to fill out a self assessment and teach someone "something new" could be about literally anything, filing taxes, learning karate, etc. but just a quick 5 min walk through. Final step is doing a half hour presentation on teaching the team something new.

Interview
I was invited to a Zoom interview via email. As I signed in the woman said she would leave her camera off and that I could do the same. Made me wonder why it wasn't a phone call. Then she put me on hold for a few minutes. I've never heard someone speak in such an unprofessional manner. She sounded like a character in a movie. I knew this wouldn't work out if they allow this person to represent the company. Next was the insane hiring process. She said I would meet the hiring manager next which made me question why we're speaking now. Then a test, then another interview then another test. When I asked about the tests she admitted that they were unnecessary but that's how it's done here. I thanked her for her time and ended the call. What you allow continues and who you allow to represent your company affects your brand.
