Conduent Tier I Tech Support interview questions

A week after applying I was sent 4 assessments to complete. After completing I was sent information for day and time of first interview. This interview have job description, job expectation and benefits. Then I was cleared for 2nd interview which was a voice interview 10-20 min long. More formal interview. The next day was my video interview with a hiring manager. Did a simulation... Answered a couple "tell me about a time" questions. Told me he would make a decision over the next couple of days.

It was a three step process. The first one ask you pretty basic questions, the second one is a little easier asking the same questions, but the third one ask different questions and this is where you are scheduled. Be sure to empathize.
