I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Recruiter contacted me on Linkedin, I wrote back expressing my interest and attached my resume. Followed up twice, never heard back (also applied for the job officially during this time). About 2 months later, the same recruiter emailed me saying "thanks for your application, are you free for a call etc etc", I guess he forgot that he already contacted me months before. Had the call, went fine, he told me the interview process and that I'd be sent an online test that he was sure I'd be fine with. While on the call we also organized for an in person interview with 3 people including the hiring manager, that same week. Went into the office, met with the 3 people who were all nice and I left thinking it went well. I had relevant experience and got along well with the hiring manager. Followed up 2 times with the recruiter and have heard nothing. A weird, unorganized process. Pretty disappointing.
