Interview
I applied online at the end of December. A week later, I was contacted via email by the current executive assistant to come into the office to interview for the position. Apparently, she was leaving the company and was interviewing her replacement. I came in and met with her. We talked briefly about the position. She didn't really ask questions. We mostly talked about her experience within the company and why she was leaving. She said she would get back to me to let me know when I would meet the CBR because he was currently traveling. I send a thank you note after the interview. Followed up a week and a half later and haven't heard since. It would be nice if anyone would follow up and keep you updated on your candidacy.
3 stages with different people at different levels within the business. Final stage was with my boss. It was more like a chit chat rather than an intense interview. My second stage was pretty pointless and I could have easily skipped it.

Interview
Long, way too long. Had a total of 5 interviews, 2 in personal and then asked for references and then ghosted. I was completely left in the dark for weeks in between interviews. I wouldn’t have wanted to take a position with what seemed like a terrible work culture. I emailed both the hiring manager and recruiter about the position to no response and then looked on the candidate dashboard to see I was “No Longer In Consideration” which I already figured. Do better to communicate with prospective employees, I no longer have an interest in applying to any future openings with Condé Nast, this experience left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth.

Question 1
Go over experience, I mostly lead with questions as it seemed they didn’t know what they actually were looking for.

Interview
I don't care how big a name a company has, Conde Nast has been reposting the same Executive Assistant position since January (now April) stating that they will get back to candidates within 30 days. No they cannot get back to over 200 applicants but the fact that they keep reposting the role (and no changes) and raking in another 200 cover letters and resumes with much disregard is disgusting. Don't bother applying here and this is coming from an EA with their industry experience and over 10 years as an EA.
