Phone interview with a manager, Aptitude test, with a board interview and/or from what I hear, individual interviews up to 3 times with different members of their staff. While the staff is friendly and I felt quite confident after the interview, followup was non-existent and never received a formal offer or decline notice despite several follow-ups.
