Filled out an application online, they called me the next day to schedule an interview. Prior to the interview they send you a test that is full of logic/iq related questions, depending on how you do on that, they schedule an interview. The recruiter tried to schedule me for an interview which I had to take a day off for, he promised that their interview process is usually just one interview. I went for my interview at 10 am and it was a basic one on one interview in which they scheduled me to interview with a manager, but they ended up scheduling it with another desktop support specialist instead. The interview lasted about 30 minutes mostly focusing on my resume and background. By noon, I received a phone call from the recruiter saying the interview went well and they want to schedule a 2nd interview. I scheduled a 2nd interview for the following week. 3 days prior to the interview, they call me and say they need to reschedule because the director I was going to meet with took the entire week off and they would reschedule as soon as possible. So at the end of the week instead of being contacted to reschedule or the recruiter having the common courtesy of calling me, instead I receive an automated email saying someone else was selected. A company that is that unorganized and lacking of professionalism or even the common courtesy to return a phone call is definitely not someone I want to work for. It looked like a great company on the surface, but once you look deeper, you can tell they lack ethics and organization. It seems like they are trying too hard to be the next google or microsoft, but even from what I've heard, their pay range is below average for a company that is trying to be top notch.
