ConnectWise Technical Support Engineer interview questions

There were 4 rounds. 1st HR round - Basic questions just to check your communication skills. 2nd Technical round - All about active directory, DNS, DHCP and basic networking. 3rd Manager round- Senario based questions and also asked me about my previous employment. 4th HR manager - HR manager explained me the company culture and asked me about my expectations with the company, future plans and why am I leaving my current job.

You need whole day to appear for the interview. As it starts with your introduction to HR and later followed by 3 tests, technical round, managerial round and again technical round to check your indepth knowledge.
