The process was a little bit slow, but that it to be expected for a large company. They posted updates on their review of application/resume after you apply on the website. It took about 5-6 weeks from application to an initial phone interview with HR. That interview was short and straightforward to see if salary expectations and basic skills are a good fit for the job. 1 week after the phone interview i heard back and had a face to face. The face to face was about 90 minutes total with 3 people. It was a behavioral interview asking for examples of scenarios from previous employment. All questions were reasonable, no curve balls. They felt out for some technical experience and interest in future aspirations

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ConocoPhillips (Houston, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very easy and simple behavioural questions. They took candidates out to a pre-dinner interview. Had a 1 on 1 interview with Supply Chain professional. Most recruiters were alum of the university and had been interns previously
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ConocoPhillips (Houston, TX)
Interview
They interviewed on campus, there was one HR person and one from the Supply Chain team. I felt like they cared little about my skills (they already had my resume on hand), but they cared a lot about my social skills, asking questions such as a conflict I have solved while on a team or a challenge I have overcome. I was really displeased that they let me know about the negative result only after about 4 weeks even though they said it would take less than one. My friend, who got accepted, did not enjoy the internship and turned down their offer.
