A few weeks after applying I received a 10 minute phone call from Conservice on Wednesday to set up an appointment for the next Tuesday. I interviewed with Avery and Sydni and the appointment over zoom lasted 45 minutes just as they said it would. They asked me questions about my work history and what I would choose to do in different scenarios. They explained to me a lot about what Conservice values in an employee, giving examples of other employees who had done well. The process was fairly easy and I felt comfortable talking to both of them. I was not extended an offer now but was told that the hiring process will move forward and they will reach out again within the next ten days.
