Phone call with HR screener, followed by 30 min video call with hiring manager. Positives: Both people I met with were nice and the interview wasn't particularly difficult (no ridiculous questions or hoops to jump through in the process). Negatives: Some repeated rescheduling, including last minute rescheduling, and no follow-up after my second interview to advise I was not moving forward. Ghosting is my least favorite thing in job searching so this is a big one.
