Constellation Energy Business Development Manager interview questions

It took 2 weeks to get an interview with HR recruiter. The interview went well with common questions on experience and background. The interviewer did not turn on camera. The second interview was with manager and she asked behavioral questions. I was told that I will get a third interview but never received a response. I sent several emails on an update and I was ignored. It would have been courteous and professional to reply back since I completed 2 interviews.
