Invite sent out with one name on it then when interview came I was staring at 5 people. Was a behavioral question from each one , none of which were position specific. As someone with anxiety I felt rushed and judged. I know it didn’t go well cause they never actually discussed the role and it only went about half the time allotted. No offense but these behavioral question judge nothing but being able to fudge answers to make yourself sound good. Questions should be about job your going to perform and skills.
