The interviewers identified themselves as the department managers and gave brief descriptions of their roles. I then was asked to give a brief account of myself and why I was interested in this position. The interior process moved to their typical STAR format interview (responses in the "STAR," or Situation or Task, Action, and Result) . Focused around six behavioral questions based on certain situations. Afterwards they explained the role that they were interviewing in more detail and highlighted the responsibilities of that position.
