After that, was invited to an assessment day, at Continental facilities. Applicants had to perform a presentation of themselves (2 Technical Managers, HR manager and also all other applicants were present) and after that there was a group exercise regarding a problem related to the job. There was an opportunity for the applicants to ask questions. Those who passed, satayed for an individual interview.
