Conversion Interactive Agency Account Executive interview questions

There were two interviews. One interview was with the Account Manager Supervisor and another with the VP of the company. Each ran about 30 minutes. After interviewing I never heard back on their hiring decision, even after sending a thank you letter for the interview process. I find that very unprofessional. The least you can do is offer a decision, even if it is a denial. This entire experience was distasteful and very dissappointing, as the managers can not even stand by their own company standards of “Open Communication”. What a joke.
