The interview process was challenging, competitive, thorough, multiple presentations, rewarding, transparent next steps, long interview cycle, fair feedback, unspoken rule: required candidates to reach out to team members to do supplemental research about the role
Interview process was okay and went through normal questions. This interview was given by a panel of people. The overall vibe seemed pretty chill. I thought I did really well and thought I secured a position. They took a while to get back to me.

Had an interview with HR to go over benefits/pay. I was asked about my previous work.
In-person interview - had to make a presentation about "Something I like to do"
In-person interview (final) - had to make a presentation about "One Cook product"
The process was very fast and efficient. Everything was done in a 2-4 weeks tops.
