Awful and very disrespectful. I had applied to the role about a month prior and did not have a copy of the job description. So before the phone interview, I asked for the copy of the job description and to verify the salary was within my expectations. I thought these were reasonable requests except after I politely asked these clarifying questions they sent me a rejection message and then proceeded to ghost me when I followed up. I was referred by a current employee and showed them the e-mails and even he could not believe how awful the HR/recruiters were so I was given someone higher up to forward me e-mail but I continued to be ghosted so here I am letting the corporate and whole world know their HR is contributing to the problem of why women in tech cannot return to work in the field and they need to support women in STEM and if someone asks for a link to the job description, they shouldn't act like children to candidates.
