Cooks Pest Control interview questions

The DM will call you when he feels like it and the interview process is very strange. 4-5 interviews several weeks part. Then after last interview, he said we will be in touch. Didn't even ask if I would consider the job or nothing.

Everything moved along seemingly very quickly once I inquired about the job. Almost to the point of feeling pressured to take the job. I actually almost turned it down due to feeling pressured. From the time I inquired about the job till they wanted a decision was about 3 days. They pushed the fact they are a Christian company, which for the most part, is the case. The local district office, not so much. While there are several "Christians" working at the office, it was not as much as portrayed. The interviewer was not completely frank about everything when explaining the job. Mainly, the fact that you must wear long sleeves. While I understood their reasoning behind wearing long sleeves, had I been told that from the beginning, I would've never taken the job. Due to the temps we deal with in the summer time, wearing long sleeves can make things miserable. Especially for those that may have medical issues.
