CoorsTek interview questions

Initial screening interview with Tech Support Department Supervisor and Human Resources Director followed by a second interview with IT Staff and Director of IT. These where general interview questions. The IT Support Department Supervisor needed an explanation for what CompTIA (Computer Technology Information Association) was, which seemed unusual. Otherwise, it was a standard behavioral based verbal interview.

Interview process was quick. First interview a few days after being contacted, second interview less than a week later. All phone calls were punctual. The interviewers were very friendly, they conveyed a very positive company culture. They were very good at answering what questions I had about the position.
