1 interview with regional manager - focused mostly on past work experience. did not discuss growth opportunities as there didn't seem to many available. reviewed training schedule. second meeting to discuss compensation plan and offer was presented a few days later.

Interview
Not too overwhelming but it was an interview with 4 managers all asking questions sometimes at once. Frustrating that I applied for one position but was offered another. Not clear on compensation plan at all. Managers were pretty friendly and open about the position. I should have known better when one flat out said I would be "married to core-mark." He was right.
