Thank you for this feedback. I appreciate your candor and I sincerely apologize that your interaction with CoreSite was not completely positive. As the only Recruiter here, I consider it my personal responsibility to ensure that each candidate has a positive experience. Admittedly, we did have a huge applicant pool and we interviewed several people in person for this role. We ended up promoting from within to fill the position. I'm sure the lack of notification was due to miscommunication between me and the Hiring Manager. Nonetheless, this feedback helps us to remember that each candidate invests time and energy into the interview process. Furthermore, it is my responsibility to close that loop.
