Didn't make it past the HR interview as it was clear that this was a mismatch with my skills, but I do have a few pointed criticisms: 1. The job was advertised as hybrid, but in the interview it was mentioned "office full time for a year, then hybrid" (paraphrased) which is not hybrid. I could see maybe office full time for a week or two for training, but either way it's false advertising. 2. There's pretty much no advancement potential unless you're an engineer, so non-engineers, look elsewhere, I guess.
