I had a handful of phone interviews that seemed to go well. I was asked about my experience at former employers, and given a brief rundown on what this job entails.
I was called in for a half-day interview, and spent four hours interviewing with different people around the office. I think in total, I spoke with seven different people over the course of phone and in person interviews.
I was never really asked any technical questions, despite the job claiming to be highly technical. Normally, I'm used to being grilled as if I'm taking a final exam, but this place did not do that at all.
Prepare yourself, as you will spend a half day interviewing with several people. You will not be compensated for this time, whatsoever. Personally, I think this process could be streamlined a bit more efficiently, especially with Video interviews being the new standard. Expecting potential candidates to use (ie: waste) several hours of a work day on an interview is egregious and completely unnecessary.
