(Individual interviews with various department heads). Straightforward process and very friendly interview. Later called in a 10 days to before they sent the offer

They contacted me for an interview I went there and it consists of two parts one typical interview and a technical exam to evaluate process and controls engineering.
A suggestion is to prepare yourself only on Omron PLC software as they base your automation "expertise" only on your domain of this software.
