Convoluted and rudderless. 10 interviews were conducted, most in-person. The individual team member interviewers were good. The communication to the process was horrible. After 2+ months the job was placed "on hold" and then filled internallly.

Interview process involved 4 phone interviews, a 1hr in person interview that required a 1.5hr drive each way to get to, and a 6 hr on-site interview process. Overall, including filling out forms they required, I probably spent 20hrs for the entire process.

Interview process was long and drawn out. Had a total of 7 interviews across a 2 month time span including a 6hr interview session, driving 1.5 hrs each way for another, and multiple phone interviews. After all of that, they ghosted me.
