Interview
Recruiter contacted me with the opportunity & arrange for phone interview. It was very good conversation & she even state that the questionnaire i filled up was the the best she ever see.
Followed by phone interview with the hiring manager prior to onsite interview.
That was the most weird interview since the manager didn’t seem to have prepared questions & didn’t show any interest since “hello”. He keep asking me to ask questions since minute one even before asking me anything. It goes around 30 minutes with me being the one asking 80% of the question.
Based on lack of interest from the hiring manager, i know that it didn’t go well, but the worst part is that nobody answer my email when i asked for how the interview goes
