The recruiter let me know where other candidates failed and that it would be a four-round process, which is on the maximum side of the spectrum. Despite emails asking for follow-up, this company seems to be experts at ghosting their applicants. If they treat people leader applicants this way, I would have to wonder how they treat IC applicants. Oh wait, I can see the answer to that question. Never mind.
