Interviewing for a position at Costco is a three step process. You will general get two interviewers and they will ask you questions about your past experiences and then in relation to what you are applying for. The number one tip I would give you is you have to look at it from their perspective. It's not about what they can do for you. It's about what you can do for them.

I applied online and called the store about the status of my application two weeks later. I received a phone call from the department manager asking for a date to schedule the in-person interviews. I went through two interviews with the department manager and the assistant general store manager.

Tell me a time when you dealt with a difficult customer.
Applied online. Had to speak to a manger in the warehouse to get any where. Got an interview and did well. Was asked for reference to call. Was then told there was something going on with payroll and things were halted. Wasn't provided any more information.

It was an open day, the was 3 different stages with different people. The process was quick and the result was immediate if you passed the final stage and passed the drug test.
