Basic behavioral questions. nothing too technical. All the what would you do in different scenarios. Standard one or two interviewer routine. Question about the past job/ life experiences. Took about a week after applying online to get called for an interview, got called again for a on location drug test and finally called in again for orientation.

They ask you personal questions about previous work experiences and what customer service means to you. It was easy sailing since it was rapport-building more than anything else. After this they tell you on the spot if you got the job or not.

Interviewed with two managers the first interview where they asked situational questions. They were pretty common questions such as “how do you handle conflict, how do you prioritize work, etc”. Haven’t received a call back
