The supervisor and manager came across as condescending and arrogant. They also made several snide comments . Instead of an interview it felt like a mock trial . Also, you're made to sit outside the office in a line of chairs where the staff and shoppers can gawk at you and make loud remarks. One man walked off because of the disrespectful environment
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.
