Was called to schedule an in person interview. Spoke with merchandise manager and lead in person. 1 round interview. They asked about my resume experience and general behavioral questions. Right after the interview I was given an offer.

Q: What is one time where you had a disagreement/argument with a coworker and how did you resolve it?
I didn’t have much of an interview. I forced myself into a job here. They said they weren’t hiring and I gave them my resume. I received a phone call the next day and offered me the job. This was during peak Covid scare.
First a phone screening, just to get to know your availability and about the job. Then you schedule an in person interview. You first interview with two managers of different departments, and then you interview with the head manager. If you pass, you take the drug test and background check,
its hard to get an interview, You can either go up there or apply online and it seems like they rarely get back with you. your application is in limbo.
