Discuss past work history, and previous experience in customer service. Will get a 2nd interview where they basically ask your availability and give you a mouth swab drug test right in the office at the warehouse, so don't smoke before going in for your interview! lol

Easy. Straightforward. Just like any other company. Asked a few questions about your job history and how you work with others. Then told me I should hear back in a couple days.

It was relatively easy. Just asked basic questions about experience. Most of the harder questions came from questions asking about customer service. Just remember they aren't customers, but members. They offer little training, so once you start you kind of are thrown in there, and it gets super busy. A little intimidting.
