I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Albany, OR) in Sep 2015
Interview
You meet with lower level mangers for an interview, they ask you some generic questions to feel you out and decide what basic knowledge you have. If you pass this faze then you meet with a higher level manager and they ask you more specific questions about the actual position you are applying.
I didn’t have much of an interview. I forced myself into a job here. They said they weren’t hiring and I gave them my resume. I received a phone call the next day and offered me the job. This was during peak Covid scare.
First a phone screening, just to get to know your availability and about the job. Then you schedule an in person interview. You first interview with two managers of different departments, and then you interview with the head manager. If you pass, you take the drug test and background check,
its hard to get an interview, You can either go up there or apply online and it seems like they rarely get back with you. your application is in limbo.
