- 30-45 minute Skype Interview
- Technical exercise done in own time (~5 hours worth, but not timed)
- On-site interviews - A little intense (6 interviews in 4 hours) - (technical and non-technical, including exercise review)
Continuous contact with internal recruiter to organise and keep up to date.
Everybody very receptive and open with questions or concerns I had.
A very friendly culture in the office for my on-site interviews.

Question 1
Discussions about past projects, roles, and problems faced.
An informal chat with the hiring manager asking about previous experience with an opportunity to ask the hiring manager about the role. It was nothing too technical—mostly behavioural questions and asking about a personal project.
Very friendly, they are in the problem solving process with you.
You don't feel like you are alone and are being scrutinized.
