I would not recommend interviewing with this company based on my recent experience. The recruiting process demonstrated several concerning issues: Communication Problems: #1 Recruiter missed our scheduled interview without notice #2 Received unprofessional WhatsApp messages and calls at random hours #3 No consistent communication channel was established Unprofessional Conduct: #1 Recruiter spoke in local language during formal interview segments #2 After receiving no follow-up for weeks (essentially being "ghosted"), I received a LinkedIn message from the same recruiter asking me to apply again #3 Little understanding of the role requirements The disorganized recruitment process likely reflects broader organizational issues. Overall, the experience was frustrating and time-consuming with no professional courtesy extended throughout the process. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you value a professional interview experience and clear communication.

Multiple interviews with immediate peers and those outside of the PM team including Eng, SRE, HR and ( eventually ) C level. Interviews were scheduled in rapid succession but with flexibility.
