Very brief screening, that consisted of about 4 or 5 questions. Not enough to truly determine whether a candidate might be a fit. So it gave the impression that the recruiter was going through the motions, and there was no real interest.

Interview
Interview process was standard screening with numerous questions about leadership and collaboration. All in all pretty straight forward. I gathered that Cox was more interested in promoting from within that allowing external talent truly compete. Interviewer seemed to be going through motions to check boxes. I was also able to determine that without an internal connection there is little chance that of success in obtaining employment within Cox.
