Cox Automotive interview questions

Long process during phone screens interviews. I raised questions to the recruiter for me to consider for this position that would make me comfortable to move away from the technology profession I have worked in. Took weeks for recruiter to follow-up and get back to me with answers. On-site interview was easily scheduled through interview coordinator but no sign of recruiter in process. Conducted on-site interview with four company executives in a group call. I was told I would have interview feedback in 48 ours. After five days I reached out to interview coordinator who committed to pass my inquiry regarding status to the recruiter. After three more days of no interview feedback, though reading between the lines it was pretty apparent as to my status, I reached out to one of interviewers who provided me a business card and would be a peer to this role and he got back to me next day with recruiter will respond shortly...days have since passed I have waited two weeks with no formal feedback but I obviously know the answer. Horrible recruiter communication. Hayward location is somewhat of a dive and definitely a place you could be proud to show off.........
