Cox Communications Intern interview questions

Recruiter will call to setup interview. First interview was with team that the intern would be working for. Lasted 1 hour. The team went around and each asked their set of questions. Called back about 3-4 days later for second interview. Second interview was with the team’s manager. Interview was more of a cultural fit conversational interview. Asked why you want to work with them, what made you choose your specific major, what you hope to get out of the internship. The process was straightforward and it went well, but manager went with another candidate.

2 rounds, one with the team director and one with the team I was to work with over the summer. Behavioral questions only and very welcoming environment. Offer was over the phone.
