I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cox Communications (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was contacted via email and offered testing which i passed. Was set up a phone interview which I was told that I did great at. I felt the face to face went really really well. They asked about times I had to sell services and a time I had an odd situation. We were laughing and joking yet I was not offered the job so I'm confused.

Uses the S.T.A.R method. Be personable, give details the questions given. Don't over complicate your thinking and answers. Best to youtube about this type of interview process beforehand. Other than that, just breath and be confident.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2022
Interview
Challenging in the end. Phone call call was a breeze. Video interview wasn’t accepted first round. Reapplied . Offered the job second time. They advised that never happens. So don’t get your hopes up if you’ve already been turned down.
