      Interview

About an hour long. Straight forward with basic questions. Deep dive on six sigma processes. The interview was a group panel at one of their locations. It was a telepresence interview. Everyone was nice and friendly.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Baton Rouge, LA) in Dec 2022

      Interview

First was the recruiter interview, then a manager interview where I was also given a take home project (that required me to pay for a tableau subscription and took 9 hours of work to complete), and finally a panel interview/presentation. It took a few weeks to follow up after presentation where I was told they would be going with a different candidate but then the requisition was reposted same day. It felt like they wasted my time and money. It was very frustrating and not a lot of transparency.

Gave me a take home project to build a tableau dashboard to present at the final interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2021

      Interview

Super simple just asks questions about what you know and goes through your resume line by line for me. Don't think it would be hard to prepare for. Just need to make sure you use the STAR method when talking about your experiences.
