If you google STARS interview questions, you'll find the exact questions there. The next interview was a phone interview with a manager. The questions here were typical interview questions. Followed by a Zoom video interview with the same manager. For this interview, he asked the exact same STARS interview questions that the recruiter asked during the first interview.
