Interview
3 step process with a interview with a board style at the end. Overall was a great experience. They definitely go over the job and also very open about expectations.

Interview
Total waste of time 5 hours of interviews, 1 hour of testing. Wasted my referrals time with requiring 5 referrals from peers prior to having 2nd interview. 1 month later no followup or no we aren't interested. I have 20+ years B2B sales with documented success. The manager couldn't take 5 min to reach out. After I spent 2.5 hours interviewing with him. As a veteran and person with post graduate degrees I wouldn't expect such a unprofessional run around! I would NOT recommend this company to any one. I'm not sour I didn't get the job please show me the person who did get the job and show me how he was better option. The regional manager wore a baseball hat on virtual call interview. I should have known then they are unprofessional and not a place a top sales person would or should go. If i was in charge I would revamp the whole process and get real sales people in with experience in making mid 6 figure income.

Interview
The interview process was long and stressful for an over thinker. You are called by a recruiter to set up an hour long q&a. If you do well you are set up with the Director of sales. The interview is done by virtual video. More Q& A in STAR format. If you move on to the next step you are paired with person currently in the role and there is another session with the director of sales to go over the job expectations. You are given a presentation to put together and a dealer role play. The last interview requires a lot of work and preparation. Best advice is to not overthink it which is what I did. When going for the interview, be confident, don’t overthink it and be authentic. Give real honest examples of you previous work history.
