Interview
The process included two interview rounds. The first was a LeetCode-style technical coding assessment, which focused on algorithmic problem-solving and data structures. This was followed by a behavioral interview with an engineering manager, covering topics like teamwork, past experiences, and situational judgment.
Not too difficult, simple chess question for technical. behavior was about resume experiences and core values at Credit Karma. make sure to communicate clearly and show your thoughts. 3 rounds in total as I remember
First, I was invited to a form screening where I had to fill out some questions to be considered for an interview. I was given a technical interview with someone who was currently working as a Software Engineer.
