Interview
1. Started off well enough. They seemed to have invested significantly in getting me in the door.
2. The experience varied significantly from person to person. The best interviewer was just about business, and I enjoyed this one the most since it was just coding and when their personality became revealed, it was rather pleasant. There was one that had a bit of a condescending attitude, that made the interview seem adversarial.
The interview process typically involves resume screening, technical rounds coding or problem solving, HR interviews for cultural fit, and sometimes group discussions or aptitude tests to assess overall candidate suitability.

Interview
Recruiter reached out via Email. So I scheduled a phone screen. Then got called for an on-site. I think it went well. But recruiter never got back to me even after sending many follow up emails. Seems to be a similar experience to other reviews here.
HR Screening phone interview, introduce the company and the position

Onsite with 4 sessions, manager chatting with background and tech skills, two coding sessions, one system design session.
