I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Karma (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Typical software engineer interview process. Recruiter reached out via Linkedin, after a couple of emails and quick phone call, we scheduled a tech phone screen. They got back the very next day to schedule a onsite interview. I replied with my preferred date and they were very kind to schedule my preferred time. The onsite was for about five hours back to back, and started at around 1PM. So no lunch, a bit unusual but not a big problem. The interviewers were friendly and smart. However, after the interview I followed up every week for a few of months hoping to hear feedback but absolutely no word. This is unacceptable in my books, even if a candidate performed poorly letting them know atleast the final decision is important.

Interview
Recruiter reached out via Email. So I scheduled a phone screen. Then got called for an on-site. I think it went well. But recruiter never got back to me even after sending many follow up emails. Seems to be a similar experience to other reviews here.

One phone interview with one coding question.
