I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Karma in Jan 2015
Interview
In my entire career I had never had such an interesting recruiting experience, like with Credit Karma. I applied through their website. The recruiter from CK sent me a few screening questions by email. The next day after my reply, the same recruiter sent me another e-mail with exactly the same questions. I have sent back my answers once again indicating that this is the second time. The same day I was asked (by email) to schedule a 30 min conversation over the phone in the upcoming week. So I responded with three potential time slots on Monday and three potential time slots on Tuesday. I never received any confirmation for the phone interview. On Monday my phone did not ring, so I sent email to the CK recruiter. I got an apology for the inconvenience and I got the calendar invite for a fixed time on Tuesday. On Tuesday, no one contacted me from CK and since then, the recruiter has not contacted me back and has not responded to my email.
The interview process typically involves resume screening, technical rounds coding or problem solving, HR interviews for cultural fit, and sometimes group discussions or aptitude tests to assess overall candidate suitability.

Interview
Recruiter reached out via Email. So I scheduled a phone screen. Then got called for an on-site. I think it went well. But recruiter never got back to me even after sending many follow up emails. Seems to be a similar experience to other reviews here.
