Recruiter reached out for an interview. Much like previous reviews, my initial interview was rescheduled. Then when the phone interview came, the recruiter walked me through CK's culture, the interview process, and help set general expectations. The funny thing is, a recruiter is supposed to represent the company and get you excited about working there. This recruiter literally was reading from a script and I honestly just felt like another interview to him... another number applying to the position. He seemed disinterested, spoke so quickly whenever he spoke, and it was difficult to have an organic conversation with him. He said he would get back to me the end of the week or early next week and didn't formally hear back until at least two weeks later. I knew the interview wasn't going to go anywhere, but for CK to promote such positivity in their culture, I wouldn't have believed just by my experience with this recruiter alone. Doesn't walk the talk at all.
