I applied online. I interviewed at Criteo (Paris) in Jul 2017
Interview
3 interview's steps
1) classic phone HR interview: about you, your motivation, your knowledge of the company and the technical issues of the job
2) manager interview (skype): same than previous, but more focused on the job position
3) case study in front of 3 managers (skype):
- Before the interview : you have to prepare a 10 slides powerpoint presentation about a typical business case. Criteo gives you the topic and 10 questions that represent the main line to follow. You have to understand well the metrics (CPM, COS, eCPM)
1) provide a business review of the customer's results
2) convince them to increase their marketing criteo's budget
3) sale a new solution to increase their business
- During the interview : 40mn presentation with objections from the "customers" + 45mn questions about your motivations, your role within the company, your personality and wishes
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Sizing case : can you tell me how many tennis players there are within Germany
Todo se desarrollo normal hasta la entrevista final con un business case study. Me quedé sin noticia y sin feedback despues... Los recursos humanos tienen que tener respeto por el tiempo y trabajo que un candidato dedica para un proceso.
Started with HR and the moves to Managers. Both teams were very competent and the process was smooth. It lasted around 3 weeks the questions were relevant and the timing was correct. Enough time to prepare and good feedbacks received after each interview round. I eventually accepted the offer.

Question 1
Started with HR and finished with the case study presentation
It was a 4 round process; screen call, 1st interview with the hiring manager, panel interview with their team, and lastly a mock presentation in front of the hiring manager and 2 other managers. Wasted a month of time going all the way through for a rejection. Quickly came to see after that many people in this position do not look like me; they are mainly white and even more so, white women. Think its pretty obvious why I didn't get the role. Unless you're applying to this company for anything outside client facing stuff, you probably won't be hired if you are a POC.
