2. Analytical test: Calculating KPIs + thinking around the box
3. Phone interview with Manager: Specific questions about your personality + job description
4. On site final interview (+ presentation) with Manager and Director: Case presentation

Nothing you can't answer when you really did your homework on the company, competitive landscape and job.
Got recruited via linkedin, first initial recruiter interview, then analytical test
Very disappointing, after initial positive interview, recruiter never got back to me, I contacted him once to enquire about the status of the application, the answer was irritated and he said I would hear from him soon, but that never happened.
The whole process was rather unprofessional, but I have heard similar stories from other people.
