There were two phone interviews, one day after the next. After they set up an in-person interview to meet with one of the Senior Vice Presidents. Everyone was friendly and efficient

Interview
It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.

How do you feel about working with tech and remote?
The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.

HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
